SAFE-T claim menu for Canada ?
hello, look like Amazon refund an order shipped by us on our behalf ( general adjustment ) and give full refund. we have the proof that the customer received on time ( the next day ) and signed for it also . Now Amazon request us to complete a SAFE-T claim ? I can't find the safe-t claim menu. case id : 15424711191 . order : 702-7709861-4481815 . thank you for your help

The Canadian marketplace does not have SAFE-T claims.
