There is no reference price for old products
1. There is no reference price for old products in the store. Therefore the coupon was cancelled. This link has been on sale since April 2023. The reference price existed before, but recently it suddenly disappeared.
2. Other links in the store that started selling in January have so far indicated that there is no reference price. Therefore I also cannot open coupons and participate in membership promotions.
3. The market prices in the background editor of these links are all filled in when the link is created.

A reference price will not be accepted for coupons unless there is sales history at that price.

No Reference Price means High Pricing Errors cause items are Price Fixed to some made up imaginary price which we have already moved over 500 items to eBay this year due to Amazon pricing issues.

What a coupon mess. Let me disclose my long term research on it.
1. List Price: If you ever changed your list price, forget about the coupon now. Start a new listing with a fixed list price and the coupon will work sucessfully.
2. Reference Price: This will never work but for your information, the reference price is available right below your featured offer, Check the attachment. So click on Similar Product Pricing (Activate) and it will take you to another page where you can refer different products of your category. Experiement and see if it works then update us too.
3. Solution is Amazon - Promotions: Check the Advertisement then Promotion and check into it to run % discounts which works like coupons and it a great FIX for the meantime for businesses who kept changing their List Price.
