Hi,
- We recently opened a new Amazon seller account
- we used wise account to be charged and the charge successfully went through
- Yet, the charge method is flagged as invalid even though we've complied to all criterias
Please help us ASAP as our business is being affected.

You have to put a true Credit Card as Charge Method, from a true bank. Wise is not a bank but a payment provider. Sometimes Amazon is accepting also a Debit card.

Amazon will charge cards that they do not accept to activate your selling account. They charge it just to get their money while they can. But they are not going to let you sell without a valid credit card.

Thank you for reaching out. As mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACand @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blyou must have a true credit card to have a valid charge method and begin to list items. Amazon will charge the debit card for the subscription fees, but you will need a true credit card for the rest. It must accept international charges as well.
