Unfair decisions from A to Z

((((((Dear LEADER BEST SHOP

We have granted an A-to-z Guarantee claim of $58.08 on order 701-5873811-0188261. We have debited the amount from your account and have counted the claim against your Order Defect Rate.)))))))

Even though I was right in the past, I made two decisions from a to z. They removed one of them, and the second one was not removed even though we provided evidence. In this case, it caused me to lose my buybox. Now, in the order ID number I mentioned above, it is stated that the decision from a to z will affect my account. I accepted the customer's request for a refund. I have also sent the return documents, I think since this situation is difficult for the customer, the package return process has been created from a to z :)... and in this case, it unfairly affects my account... I request that this situation be resolved. Best regards.
