A-to-Z claim is lost due to UPS tracking

As you may be aware, in order to avail A-to-Z claim protection, it is necessary to utilize the "Buy Shipping" service and dispatch the order on time. I encountered a situation where I shipped an order on time; however, when tracking the package on UPS, the tracking information only includes four timestamped entries:

  1. Purchase of the label
  2. Timestamped entry for being on the way, with the location entry for the customer's delivery location
  3. Out for delivery
  4. Delivered

Regrettably, it does not display when UPS accepted the package in my city, as there is no entry for that timeframe (between 1-2). Consequently, the A-to-Z claim was denied. However, by navigating to the order and clicking on the tracking number on Amazon, you can observe that update.

I am genuinely upset about losing a claim for a seemingly trivial reason. Despite being in the right and deserving protection, I incurred a loss of $200 for the product and received an A-to-Z claim defect rate.

If you ever find yourself dealing with a claim, make sure to scrutinize any tracking discrepancies between UPS and Amazon. Due to my oversight, I am unable to contact the claim department and dispute their decision again!

Just wanted to let you all know.
