Account is deactivated due to having another account on amazon
Hi
My account is deactivated due to having another account on amazon. I had an old account on amazon with different email address but on my name and my passport id, which i use only to explore amazon but i never sell anything on that account and later i request amazon to permanently delete my account and it was closed. Later after couple of months i created new account on amazon with new email address but same passport id and Amazon deactivated my new account. I tried to access my old account but it doesn't exist because it was permanently deleted by Amazon. I appeal many times to amazon explaining that i don't have access to old account and they keep rejecting my appeal. My new account in US is deactivated but my account in UK is working and its healthy.
Please help me to activate my account thank you.

It sounds like your old account was deactivated and not closed. Amazon will not close an account, the seller does that, but they will deactivate or suspend it. You would have had a notification about that.

The team has advised that there is a UK account that needs to be reinstated for all other accounts to be reactivated. It was advised that a communication was sent to that account on 4/19/22 regarding this.
