I have opened multiple cases now, have proof that Amazon initially received the 105 units through the inventory ledger.

Then during an FC transfer, when the 35 (a case) was transferred, amazon claims it was short 20 units all of a sudden!!! With contents message: "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed" and wont allow for reconcile through contents tab.

I have shown proof of commercial invoice with qty, we shipped 3 exact size cases, same weight and qty. We only ship the same case size every time. Also provided the inventory ledger showing they counted 105 units upon arrival... YET THEY KEEP CLOSING THE CASE SAYING: We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items
