I have contacted support because one of my asins shows unavailable on the product page and they said my asin was inactive and yet as in the attached screenshot you can see it is active so why is my product unavailable to buyers?

Did you click on the "See all buying options" button for amazon.ca/dp/B0DLZM47CJ -- I see an available Seller offer there for $49.95

f Amazon Support says your ASIN is inactive but it shows as "Active" in your Seller Central, the issue might be due to other factors. Here are some potential causes and solutions:

Listing Suppression or Hidden Suppression: Amazon sometimes suppresses listings without explicitly marking them as inactive in Seller Central. Check for suppressed listings under Inventory > Manage Inventory > Suppressed to see if there’s any actionable feedback.

Buy Box Suppression: If your listing is active but lacks the Buy Box, it may appear as "unavailable" to customers. This can happen if Amazon's pricing algorithm considers your price uncompetitive or if there's an issue with fulfillment. Try adjusting your price slightly and see if it affects availability. Additionally, ensure your product is in stock and fully eligible for Buy Box placement.

Inventory Issues: Sometimes, even if inventory is in stock, delays in syncing can cause Amazon to mark products as "unavailable." Check your Manage Inventory page to confirm your units are correctly received in Amazon’s fulfillment centers. If they’re not in stock or marked as reserved or in transfer, this could explain the unavailability.

Geographic Availability: Certain listings may be restricted to specific regions due to compliance, brand restrictions, or shipping limitations. Test the listing by logging into Amazon from a different location (or use a VPN) to see if it’s available in other regions.

Listing Quality or Policy Compliance: Go to Account Health and check if there are any quality alerts. Issues like image quality, missing attributes, or restricted keywords can sometimes make a listing invisible to customers.

Cache or Display Issue on Amazon’s End: Sometimes, there can be a delay or glitch with Amazon’s site updating status changes. Try clearing your browser cache or checking the listing from an incognito browser window.

If none of these steps reveal the cause, reach back out to Seller Support, reference your case history, and request escalation.
