Send To Amazon STA -> Amazon Partnered Carrier (UPS) option not available for some shipments? Forced to use LTL
Since the changeover to SP-API and the new center splits, we are noticing that Amazon is no longer allowing us to use "Amazon Partnered Carrier" / UPS for some shipments. The item will appear grayed out and it forces us to either use LTL or our own separate UPS account (external to Amazon)
It is not happening on every shipment -- only certain ones, we believe possibly ones over a certain size are no longer allowed to go APC.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey @Seller_TTG0TX5GOhqmW, I haven't seen this yet. Do you know what size is the cutoff for that option to be available to you?

Were you able to solve this? I'm having the same issue and am not able to use "Amazon Partnered Carrier" for any of my FBA shipments. @TaylorR_Amazonis there anything you can do to help? I use inventory lab to create my shipments. Maybe this is having an impact? Thank you!
