Check your listing SALES RANKS ARE GONE!!
I thought it was just my listing...it started with the category being gone in the sales ranks then the entire sales rank was gone. I contacted support nothing yet Then I checked other listings and everyone I looked at had no more sales rank...is that true? Check your listings do we have a massive glitch or is it just in space saver bags - storage and organization?? Even the sold by Amazon listing I looked at did not have a sales rank anymore
Checked again and even Amazon choice 1st listing has no sales rank or category ... something is up with space savers at least...
Its been about 2 days and of course sales are gone too during those 2 days...

I still have a sales rank but mine disappears all the time. Submitting a full update product feed fixed the issue for me. Have you tried that?

There is definitely something broken in the Home & Kitchen category. A lot of products show no sales rank and some seem to have been moved to other categories. Also, it is not possible to browse Home & Kitchen sub-categories in the Amazon Best Sellers section. It seems like certain sub-categories of Home & Kitchen have come disconnected from the catalog or moved under other categories. Some of my products have been affected but since sales haven't completely dried out I think I will wait if they fix this.

yes home and kitchen is being messed up! AMazon changed categories on me and my BSR shot up the roof and my sales have dried up.

Even though my rankings are back the glitch caused my rankings to slide into the abyss.... there is literally a 4 day gap in my ranking history and it keeps on sliding down by the 500ks resulting in no sales. things had just picked up after the Big Sales event only to screw it all up. Always something...

Go to inventory report, download a copy of the category listing report. What's likely happened is amazon's AI catalogue bot move your listing to another category / product type.

Seems this is being done by Amazon to drive more items they sell. You loose you rank item will never sell.
