Mod assistance required: My account was deactivated because of a product I didn't list.

Hello, about 1 week ago, Amazon deactivated my account by requesting an invoice on the pretext that a product I have never listed in my life could be fake. I think this came as a result of a mistake. Since I do not have an invoice in this regard, I sent the invoices of some products in my inventory, but it has been under review for days. During this time, my business lost a lot of money and we spent the black friday we prepared with zero sales with our account deactivated. It is of great importance for us to speed up the review on this issue. I would appreciate your help and guidance. I sent the necessary documents, invoices and contracts.

I heard similar things on some other forums and this is the worst thing that might happen to a seller if it is true. I remember receiving the same email about the same ASIN from Amazon months after solving compliance issues at times.

How can I prevent this happened. Must the invoice be provided as soon as possible?

Or prove the factory belongs to me?
