The administration and enforcement of the Act and Regulations, as they relate to non‑food products, is the responsibility of the Competition Bureau, Industry Canada. -- competition-bureau.canada.ca

Second thought: Instead of products amazon is selling, are you asking about products sold by third party sellers on amazon.ca ? -- each detail page has a link to Report an issue with this product -- and labelling would fall under "Some product information is missing, inaccurate or could be improved"

Hello @Seller_QlfpE6lTYPm5A,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We understand your concern regarding products sold on Amazon.ca that may not comply with the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, and the potential impact it may have on your business.
Amazon takes compliance with applicable laws and regulations very seriously. We have processes in place to review and address any reported violations of legal requirements, including those related to packaging and labeling.
If you have identified specific products on Amazon.ca that you believe do not comply with the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, we recommend reporting them through the following channels:
- Product Reports: You can report the non-compliant products directly to Amazon by using the "Report incorrect product information" link on the respective product detail pages. This allows you to provide details about the potential violation, and our team will investigate and take appropriate action.
- Seller Support: You can also contact Amazon Seller Support and provide them with the details of the products in question, along with the specific concerns you have regarding their non-compliance with the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act. Seller Support can escalate the matter to the appropriate teams for further review and action.
When reporting the products, please provide as much relevant information as possible, such as the product ASIN, a detailed description of the non-compliance issue, and any supporting documentation or evidence you may have.
Amazon takes these reports seriously and will investigate the matter thoroughly. If any non-compliant products are identified, appropriate actions will be taken to address the issue and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.
We appreciate you raising this concern, as it helps us maintain a safe and compliant marketplace for both sellers and customers. Please do not hesitate to report any other potential violations you may come across in the future.
Regards,
Jurgen

Hi Jurgen_Amazon
Thanks for your reply, I feel some hope with your reply.
I contacted few times with seller support with this issue and they haven't been helpful.
we are the only Distributor for Canada for this product.
Any other sellers (including Amazon. ca)are not authorized to sell the same products in Canada, all other sellers (including Amazon.ca) are selling the same product with American labelled (only English), not Canadian (Bilingual) label products.
This is totally voilates the regulations of Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act.
Regards.

A few products, you say? I'm sorry to say, but Amazon does not respect the regulations in terms of packaging description or certification on electrical products in Canada. Most products sold are in English ONLY with no French manual, and most Chinese suppliers selling their electrical products do NOT have a UL or ETL certification. We hope one day the federal inspectors will do their homework and force Amazon to respect our Canadian laws.
