Section 3 Suspension and ASIN Request – Need Guidance
Hello,
My Amazon account has been suspended due to Section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. In the suspension notice, Amazon requested an invoice for ASIN B00REPR2QE. However, I have never received any orders for this ASIN, so I do not have any invoices for it.
To reactivate my account, I filled out the "Reactivate Your Account" form provided by Amazon. I indicated that I operate through drop-shipping and uploaded an invoice for a different ASIN that I have previously sold. However, Amazon keeps rejecting my submission.
I am struggling to understand exactly which documents Amazon will accept, and I want to ensure I provide the correct information. I have a few questions regarding this process:
How can I obtain the requested invoice? Since I have never received any orders for this ASIN, it seems impossible to provide an invoice. What is the recommended solution in this case?
Why might my invoice for a different ASIN have been rejected?
What types of documents does Amazon accept for these account reviews? Are there any alternative documents related to my order history that I should submit?
What details should I ensure are included in the invoice? What are the critical elements Amazon looks for, such as supplier information, date, stock availability, etc.?
What additional documents might Amazon request in such suspension cases? Can I submit other documents related to my business to expedite the process?
I would appreciate any insights from those who have faced similar issues or have knowledge of Amazon’s requirements. A clear roadmap on how to proceed would be very helpful.
Thank you.

How is this possible? If you listed it for sale, your business must have the inventory ready for sale, so you would have an invoice, or an agreement with the brand owner with an authorization letter.

If you're dropshipping, you just need to provide your brand owner authorization letter that you are authorized to drop ship from them. Really easy to upload.
Because it's for a different ASIN.

I wasn't giving any advice for FBA. You wouldn't have gotten an invoice request from Amazon if the product hasn't been sent or made active at FBA yet. The advice I gave was for FBM only.
No, you don't buy them from Amazon, to resell on Amazon. That in itself is a violation of Amazon's policies and rules.
Actually, it is. You can't drop ship or purchase your inventory for resale from an online retailer. That is called online arbitrage, and Amazon suspends sellers that do just that.

Dude, what it says if you want to do it that way, is that you need to have an agreement with the supplier before doing that, if you intend to use a third party warehouse or logistics company. I circled it in red above. Do you have a prearranged agreement, with your supplier, Amazon, to do just that?

You didn't seem to read it properly. The warehouse is not your supplier.
Amazon is your supplier. The contract needs to be with your supplier as per Amazon policy.
Again, I ask:

You cannot do this. Buying from Amazon to resell on Amazon is against Section 3 of the Business Agreement you signed. his is an invaid supply chain. Best of luck getting your account reinstated, it likely is not coming back
