I moved to BC in September for the beautiful weather, mountains and lakes. Little did I know that I would be hammered with PST by Amazon on Seller Fees in the US!

Since changing my seller account to a BC address I am charged PST on my Amazon.com Seller Fees, Amazon.com Fulfillment Fees and Amazon.com Advertising Fees! Also charged for Amazon.com.mx but not as big an issue.

Interestingly enough I am not charged PST on my Canadian (Amazon.ca) advertising.

Not a huge seller but this is amounting to about $800 to $1000 per month in tax I never used to pay and it makes no sense. It is on US sales! nothing to do with Canada.

I've submitted to BC PST for a refund but honestly Amazon needs to fix their tax collection method. Has anyone had success talking with Amazon about this?

I will give it a go but it is always so painful talking to the Seller Support. Plus I've never talked to Amazon about this area of the business.
