Account level reserve at almost 50% (over 50K at times) - long standing account with great account health!

I have been selling for three or four years. My account health is nearly perfect and always has been. In peek season gross sales are over 70K in two weeks. Amazon has been withholding close to 50% of my funds on every biweekly payout. My account level reserve has been over $50,000 at times. Once the payout is made my account level reserve goes to $0. My available funds go up by the amount held in reserve for the previous period and the vast majority of sales over the next two weeks go straight into account level reserve. This can not be right. I have had Amazon employees tell me this is an error and it will get fixed, but it never changes. I have opened a dozen cases and only a few ever got a reply. I have friends with far worse account health and far higher order defect rates and their account level reserves are only a few percentage points of the biweekly pay out. I could really make use of these funds if they were in my hands, where they belong. Help!

jpart2 tell you something important . If you are FBM , this is why your reserve is high. Imagine you are in a " bad position" and you are selling discount products just to get more fast capital . Boom payout you got 70k. You never ship the products or wrong product or you decide to refund customers but your balance is zero . Also if your average payout during the year is 25k and now 70k, this is a big gap. The system want to reduce the "risk" of any issues. If you are FBM , add the tracking veryyyyyy fast , ship verrrryyy fast , get good feedbacks and you might get a higher limit . The system test you. ....hope you understand what i mean , my primary language is french. Good luck

So another account I assist with, that has nearly identical history, identical metrics and similar % of FBA vs. FBM just settled it's two week account balance. The settlement amount was over $150,000. The account level reserve was ZERO. Again, the account mentioned in my first post is clearly not settling as it should. Can anyone assist, including someone from Amazon?
