A-Z Claim Policy Must Change
Amazon should change totally a different rules regards the a-z claim. Many customers come to complain to delivered item and saying item that is delivered late or on time was not received. Ridiculous. Amazon just gives the money away just like that, plus a-z claim. Customers always wins everything. Now my SALES are slow OR NO SALES because of this, and I feel like I am a useless person.

If you had tracking proof of delivery with signature, you'd win the A to Z claim, and Amazon wouldn't just "give the money away just like that".
Also, if you provide the refund before the Customer asks Amazon to step in, your metrics would not be hurt and impacting your sales.

If you have signature proof and not getting claims reversed, i'd be taking it up with the executive seller relations team, because that's a clear violation of Amazon policy enforcement

SAAAAAAAAAMMMMEEEEE !!!!!!
And Customers end up getting both their money back as well as the items . We are the ones who end up with Less Expenses Refund,Low Account Health,Less Sales, and Less Inventory .
Amazon ends up winning the customer back AND making money either ways ...........
THIS IS MESSED UP***************

Similarly, for junk Amazon, the logistics display shows that it has been signed for, but the customer's complaint has not been received. Amazon immediately refunds and agrees to A to Z, but the appeal is also useless. Amazon has 100% no reason to lean towards the customer

Amazon want the customers not the sellers, due to that it is happening.

listen what happened to me, I dropship goods from China , the customer bought the item from me. I shipped . After 2 weeks , tracking shows delivered , but he opened INR A-Z, Amazon granted as usual.
I found the same item sold by Amazon, bought it for customer and shipped to his address , after 3 days item delivered and I received from Amazon photo of the package alongside the customer door , contacted to customer , no reply after 2 days.
I appealed with all this story, Amazon tracking number , photo of the package alongside the customer door and.... lost... because no enough information for proof the delivery.
I opened A-Z against Amazon , because they told by himself that item not delivered , and won.
The results of this battle -
customer/scammer - +$84
I am - -$30
Amazon - -$54
the main thing is that the client is satisfied

Clearly, Amazon does not support sellers when it comes to issues with customers. Relying on Amazon seller support is foolish. Amazon seller support will help you to overcome issues with FBA fulfilment, FBA returns, and product/listing related issues, but not in a fight with a customer.
Amazon claims that buyers are THEIR customers, not YOURs. And Amazon protects its reputation of delivering the best shopping experience by all available means.
If you keep this in mind, your life is easier. If you make 1000 Dollars and refund 500 to make the customer happy, you still made 500 Dollars. It is not on you to identify and hunt down (the many) fraudulent customers. it is on you to develop your business in a way that you can deal with them without becoming broke.
But, as others already said, if you have a proof of delivery (signature), Amazon will not count an A-Z claim against you, even if they have refunded the customer. Most shipments only come with tracking, and no proof of delivery, which will not let you win the case. The tracking showing "delivered" is no proof of delivery!

I'm a new seller, but from what I've read in many forums... some sellers order products from another seller and open an A to Z request because they don't want a competitor. I think it should change too.
