Request for Review – A-to-Z Claim Approved Despite Factual Evidence Provided
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I am reaching out regarding the A-to-Z Guarantee claim on order #701-6782156-2289021, which was approved in the customer’s favor despite the fact that:
The correct item was shipped, as clearly shown in the product listing and verified by our purchase invoice from Amazon.com (Order ID: 114-2225519-2457841).
The prouct features (brand, color, specifications) match exactly with what was described and advertised on Amazon.ca.
The customer did not specify how the item differed from their expectations.
The product was returned and a full refund (CAD 316.80) was already issued.
Documentation (invoice and comparison) was submitted clearly showing that there was no discrepancy between what was listed and what was delivered.
Despite this, the A-to-Z claim was approved and it now negatively affects our account health, which is concerning given the lack of any fault on our part.
We kindly request a thorough review of this case and reconsideration of the decision, as we believe the approval of this claim is unjustified and not in line with the evidence provided.
Thank you for your support and understanding.

Keep buying from Amazon.com and selling on Amazon.ca and you will be deactivated. The A2Z hit should be the least of your worries.
