Grocery and Gourmet ungating denied

I recently got denied in Grocery and Gourmet foods with no clear reason why. I have a proper invoice from an official distributor and proper photos of my inventory. I have no clue why this happened and is costing me money every day I can't sell these products. It is case id #14693085041.

Should I just create another application or reach out to support?

Please help!

Grocery and Gourmet ungating denied

Did you see all the posts saying that grocery has been closed off for quite a while? Even food manufacturing companies aren't being let in from the posts I've seen. If you simply bought merchandise from a distributor your chances are very small to get in. Sounds like you might not have done your due diligence before investing in this product?

means nothing unless you have an LOA from the brand which you conveniently do NOT mention.

I don't sell in that category so I don't know if it is actually CLOSED to new applications as noted by @Seller_0rXAME9V4LQSx or not but it doesn't matter at this point.

When you say " from an official distributor" that does NOT mean they are a brand authorized wholesale distributor either.

Have you verified with the BRAND that your distributor IS an authorized wholesale distributor for ALL of their products. Some wholesalers are only allowed to distribute portions of a product line.

I would review the information provided to you in the case for review on 1/29/2024 and see if you can provide new information. Unless you can provide new information, I would not create a new case until you are able to.
