That refers to your shipping template(s).
That option only appears when you have selected that you will be filling orders (Merchant Fulfilled or FBM)
You create your own shipping templates and assign one to every SKU

You can Google Merchant shipping Group, & you will see several options with information to read and follow along. Im not sure how many things you are shipping, but it should be pretty easy to complete your shipping fee's.
Google can be super helpful & sometimes quicker with certain questions, even pertaining to Amazon. Sometimes they have You Tube videos to help.

the app is no longer for listing products per seller support they are using merchant seller group to prevent fbm listings
