I am asking these same questions for the third "Ask Amazon Q&A with Veeqo" to see if any progress has been made.

I'm interested in using Veeqo to automatically fulfill multi-channel orders (i.e. our website, other marketplace orders, etc.) using my FBA inventory and Amazon MCF. (I don't think these features exist yet which is why I haven't started using Veeqo).

For example, on eBay orders, it gives the customer a "delivery window" and a "latest delivery date". Currently, when we use Amazon MCF, we choose the lowest-cost shipping speed (either Standard, Expedited, or Priority) that falls within the delivery window.

1. Does Veeqo pull in the "delivery window" data from eBay and choose the correct shipping speed option in Amazon MCF?

2. If none of the Amazon MCF delivery windows will get the package delivered on time, is there a way to have it NOT use Amazon MCF, notify me, and tell me I need to manually fulfill the order using my local inventory?

3. With Amazon MCF, we often see the same delivery speeds for Standard, Expedited, and Priority (i.e. they all say "7 days") but they charge different amounts. This happens a lot for orders in remote locations (small towns) in Wyoming and Montana. In this scenario, will Veeqo choose the lowest cost option? (in this example it would be the "Standard" shipping speed option)

4. Is there a way to have Veeqo tell Amazon MCF to NEVER use the "Priority" shipping speed option? (as the cost for this option is usually outrageously high, and if this is our only option to get the item delivered on time using Amazon MCF then we always ship the package manually from our local warehouse)

These seem like relatively trivial features to add, and it would put Veeqo ahead of the other MCF integration tools out there.

What is the cause for seller fulfilled orders coming in steadily for weeks and then all of a sudden there's barely any sales?

We've been using VEEQO since almost the start. Love it! Our one ongoing source of problems is the inability to correct addresses when customers enter them incompletely or inaccurately. While we are able to edit the address on the order details page, the label that prints always shows the original, inaccurate address. It has made the "free" VEEQO our most expensive shipping solution due to the RTS/Undeliverable packages that result. Any plans on fixing this one critical flaw in your shipping solution?

We sell specific SKUs and since we started using Veeqo have been having a specific problem. This problem happens randomly, but we see it more often when shipping rates change.

We set the default weight and size for each specific SKU. What would happen is that we would find an order, see the weight and package size that is the default, but we'd see that the price it had for the default shipping service was not the correct one--it was the price for the next weight class up. We would need to edit the weight to a bigger size, see that the price didn't change, and then change it back to the correct size, and then finally see that the price was changed to the correct one.

When you're shipping a lot of orders a day, it can take a while to figure out that the price rate is showing as more than what it should be, so we shipped a lot of orders with a higher rate than what it should've been. In that case, was Veeqo charging us the incorrect price for the shipping labels?

This is something I brought up at Accelerate, I then had to contact Veeqo support via email and since November they say your engineers have been looking at it, yet there is no resolution. It's coming up on 3 months. I even sent a video showing this exact situation happening.

Another question is, is there a way for Veeqo to have what ShipStation has, which is the ability to click on the order number on the list of orders and have that be a link to that specific order on Amazon? We sell items in which we need to see the specifics for each order, and right now we have to copy paste the order number from Veeqo to Amazon while on ShipStation it is easier because we just click on it.

Hi Veeqo team,

I had a question about SLA's for 2nd line support tickets. I have 2 tickets that have been open for 9 weeks and 3 weeks respectively. They are not business critical at this time, but it does prevent me from utilizing Veeqo to its fullest extent since these tickets are to integrate with existing offerings (adding a shipper account, and the WooCommerce Beta).

In both instances, we have engaged multiple times with fist line support to follow all SOPs for integration, but to no avail.

Any guidance on when these tickets may be available? Is there an escalation process that we can submit for?

Hello

I currently use Veeqo right now. Every $100 that I spend on Veeqo, is then withdrawn from my credit card. My problem is, I spend about a $100 every 10 minutes. I have about 20-30 transactions on my credit card every day. This is driving my controller nuts and making a lot more work for him to do. When I use to purchase my shipping labels through my Amazon account there were 0 transactions a day. The money was just deducted from my Amazon account. I would really like to get these transactions down to 1-5. Is there a way I can do this? Thank you

Is there any solution for sellers that only use the USPS first class letter sized mail? I make stickers and decals that do not require tracking unless the cost of the order is over $10 per Amazon policy. I have been selling on Amazon for over 13 years and using stamps.com for my stamp needs.

The issue is that stamps.com software is overwriting my shipping information and changing all orders from "usps first class envelopes" to "ground" therefore affecting my seller metrics and causing many issues.

I would like to know if Veeqo has an answer for this?

The reporting system doesn't seem to have a way to make one of the columns be the data for shipping cost. This would be helpful so we can compare shipping cost to shipping paid as well as channel analysis.

Are there plans in the future to allow larger sellers to integrate their own shipping carrier accounts? I loved using veeqo but have my own rates.

Hello, I've been using Veeqo for the last few months, and it has been a great experience. However, there are a couple of features that would be very useful for my business. Perhaps they are available, but I have not yet been able to find the way to use them.

1) Return labels. I previously used Shipstation, which would generate return labels within the order whenever we needed to send a return label to a customer. I have not been able to find a simple/straightforward way to do this on Veeqo. Every time I create a return label, I need to create a whole new order and create a new Ship-from location with the customer's address. Is there a way to create return labels quickly and efficiently within each order?

2) International shipping and International accounts:

We have Amazon stores in the UK and the EU. Is Veeqo available to use and set up with our Amazon and shopify accounts in the EU and UK?

Also, how does international shipping work with Veeqo? Is this a setting that need to be turned on? I am having difficulty quoting customers who want their orders shipped to a country outside the US. The system won't populate carriers that will allow me to ship internationally. This would be extremely useful!

Hello! I have a recurrent issue that costs me sales. When I make a change on a listing, such as price or adding a video, it seems to do something to the listing that causes it to become unsearchable for keywords, or some other similar problem, and I need to go through getting an associate to fix it by resetting the listing, a process of which I have no knowledge. This seem to work fine, until the next time I change something and need to do that again. This costs me a few days of sales as a result. Is there anything that can be done to address this issue?
