Inbounding numbers in reports in US and CA wrong
Hoping Amazon will see and answer me on this one, I doubt the forum users are going to be able to help.
So we're seeing ghost/incorrect inbound numbers on all our inventory reports out of Amazon, we use these numbers to calculate our required FBA stock levels.
I have a bunch of examples where inbound will be showing 12 units, but those units do not exist on the seller central so the problem seems to be limited to the FBA reports section.

When I restock, I notice that numbers are different in manage inventory/inventory planning.
I have to keep two tabs open. If I see a bunch of inventory in Inventory Planning but nothing in manage inventory, I assume that there is a FBA shipment that was never sent for some reason but its open in the shipment section. It shows as "in transit" even though it was never sent. This screws up with my inventory numbers a lot and I have to delete that shipment that was never sent to correct all numbers.

Hi @Seller_zU5jbQbNYI4DB,
Thank you for reaching out about this!
If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support so that team can take a further look into these numbers for you. Once you open that case, please send me your case ID and I'd be happy to monitor the correspondence and provide further assistance if needed.
In the meantime, please let me know if you have any additional questions!
Thanks again,
Jameson
