In Stock But Amazon Listing as Pre-Order (Need Mod Help)

We have been selling on Amazon for over 10 years and Seller Support has become completely useless. So here I am again asking if anyone at Amazon can fix our situation. We have 25 SKUs that are in stock at Amazon warehouses ready to be shipped and Amazon is listing those items are Pre-Order only to be shipped after 11/24. I have tried to go through Seller Support which of course is useless any time there is a listing that was touched by Amazon Retail. Amazon Retail just recently started selling our main brand and now they just repeatedly screw up listings. I, personally, added every single listing to Amazon's catalog for these SKUs so I know they were initially done correctly and all of our items were initially selling and shipping. Yesterday morning I start poking around and we now have 25 SKUs of items that are less than a month old to the catalog showing buyers items are PRE-ORDER when they are in fact in stock and should be shipping to customers. I have gone through Seller Support, I have gone through Brand Registry Support since we are Brand Registered, I have tried to get the manufacturers help in fixing the listings and they are still all listed as Pre-Order. Brand Registry says they can't do anything because someone else has control of the listing. I know for a fact that they can get stuff to Amazon Retail to get items fixed because we have had it done in the past but every single time they say it can't be done and then some of the time we eventually complain enough that they do it.

So is Amazon quite literally just telling small businesses if you sell the same brand as them that you aren't allowed to sell at all...until Amazon is ready to sell? Because that is what it feels like. They aren't getting the items until later so they just aren't going to let anyone sell. Quite amazing that the minute Amazon jumped into our niche, all of a sudden we started having a bunch of issues when we rarely had any in the past 10 years.

We just want our listings fixed and our items to sell and ship like they should (and also for Seller Support to actually I dunno, support). That should not be too much to ask.

Our Case is 16476861211.

Can anyone help? @Atlas_Amazon@TaylorR_Amazon@Rose_Amazon@Michelle_Amazon@Sandy_Amazon@Dominic_Amazon

Good Evening @Seller_bjJHkys7Ew1Hn,

As you mentioned, you worked with support on CASE ID ending in 2281. I do see all the ASINs you listed as stuck in a pre-order state are live on the website. (I am assuming that is why you closed out the case possibly)?

If you could follow up with us to share whether or not the ASINs are still showing Pre-Order on your end so we can get it corrected if need be. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Have a good night.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
