Can't respond to Amazon support?
I have two issue here, I have opened up a case through support chat where I'm trying to resolve an issue where I can't upload a product due to an 8541 error. Another reseller has uploaded the same product with an incorrect brand name.
The Amazon staff have said I'll be contacted about this, I have received emails asking for more information, if I reply to the emails I get a reply "You've written to an address that cannot accept incoming e-mail". I go to messages in Amazon Seller Central and there are no messages or cases. I've reopened the case and the same thing happens. I've told this to chat support again and they said after the chat has ended they will open a case directly in messages which I can respond to, still nothing.
I don't have any other Amazon accounts, I'm logged in with same account that I start chat with, look at messages and receive emails to. What could be going on and what should I do?
