I need to correct the title for one listing, and I offer all the material Amazon seller support need, but 2 weeks, no progress.
when I ask, they always said “This matter is being forwarded to our internal team for further investigation.Please accept our sincere apology for the lengthy process. We certainly understand the urgent nature of this case, and we are working closely with the concerned team to get a resolution”.
I don't know how long it need, but amazon account health team continue to send me warning, due to the title misleading customers.
this is a bad circle, I do all I can do, but nothing works.
