FBM Returns - UPS Delivers, but Amazon returns page says "Undelivered, returned to origin."
Odd issue I noticed for a few days now. Returns are arriving back to us as usual (all via UPS), but on the Returns screen in Seller Central they all show "Undelivered, returned to origin."
Is anyone else seeing the same thing? It is odd.

I noticed this issue as well about a week ago. I check the tracking number on the carrier site and it shows delivered however.

I highly suggest you file a case with Seller Support, this not only shares this potential issue but it documents it occurring to your account. If you have done so, please share the Case ID here. I would like to look at all the details, maybe even an Order ID where this was the case.

Yes and seems like a glitch or just another way of Amazon keeping their customers happy as "undeliverable, return to origin" supposedly triggers an immediate refund. Anyway, they need to fix it as it is poor English, instead of saying "returned to seller", Same case as "Package left the shipper facility" when the buyer has not shipped the package yet. We know now when we see that, it means the buyer did not ship out yet.

Same here. It has been like this for weeks. We see it in just about all returns. Direct tracking at the UPS shows the package was delivered. Amazon's system shows delivery scan as "Undelivered, returned to origin". This is a system glitch, regular SS support won't be able to help with this. It would have to be sent to engineers who match UPS scan names/codes with Amazon's. No need to open a separate SS case. @Joey_Amazon can follow up on Case 17352849711 that @Seller_jOl2NclDJuRN3 created.

Yes I am seeing this on several returns. There has to be a reason for the discrepancy! It seems very fixable. This is causing me headaches.

Any update on this? How do we process a refund to the buyer or fight a return if the tracking status shows undelivered?
