Customer agreed to late shipment then filed claim 2 days later while item enroute, getting $800 refund + the item!
Hello,
RE: Case ID: 15464440141.
Order 701-0027223-4854673 was shipped exactly as described. The item was shipped late with the customer’s explicit acceptance, as he confirmed and requested the shipment on the 16th to his remote island address. However, after seeing the item is in transit he requested to cancel claiming he changed his mind and just 2 days later, he filed an A-to-z claim stating non-receipt.
Given that the buyer agreed to the delayed shipment and the item is currently in transit, this claim should not have been granted without allowing us the opportunity to present our case.
We kindly request that you reverse this claim. The buyer agreed to the late shipment and then filed a claim after the item was already en route. This situation appears to be fraudulent. While the buyer is welcome to refuse or return the item for a full refund, granting a full refund while the item is in transit, just 2 days after the shipping confirmation, is unjust.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

(Again - not the same case or issue.
This thread is regarding Order 701-0027223-4854673 which is MFN, and was refunded while on route to the customer.
The one you ask if it's the same issue is Order ID 702-7981492-5389818 and is FBA and was returned 6 months later under false reasons then refunded by customer service - not A-to-z team.)
