Settings > Account Info > Shipping and Returns Info (on left) > Buy Shipping Preferences > Manage your carrier accounts > Link Account and then follow the prompts. Do note that after you click on Link Account, you will need to do a screen refresh (CTRL-R) due to an Amazon bug to get to the next screen.
