Hello, I received a copyright complaint for my self-shot and self-design product images.

There’s no DMCA counter-notice button in my account. Seller Support(Amazon Account Health Support Team) asked me to contact the claimant, but they reject to withdraw this copyright complaint.

How can I get a DMCA counter-notice button, i am pretty sure that i have not taken their pic.

Has anyone successfully resolved this no DMCA counter-notice button issue?
