"Excessive shipping rate" that is less than what Amazon charges me.
@Cooper_Amazon I received an email from Amazon saying my shipping costs for Next Day Domestic shipments are excessive. For the sample SKU they provided, I checked the cost for a 4.5 pound box measuring 10.2" x 10.2" x 5.5." UPS had the best rate of $60.77. My shipping template would have charged $56.25. How is charging the customer less than I pay for shipping excessive? Am I missing anything here?

Hi @Seller_9Ykm6aD0jaipi,
Thank you for reaching out about this!
If you haven't done so already, I would recommend reading through this resource for more information and best practices for setting your shipping rates.
Now, I'd be happy to take a further look into this correspondence to see how I can assist further with this. When you have a moment, can you please send me your case IDs?
Thanks again,
Jameson
