Stuck in a Seller Pro and can't downgrade and nothing works
I've been trying to downgrade my account for months so that it stops trying to charge me. Originally it said that I had to cancel my stores in all countries before I could do that, but the page always has "technical problems", and I am unable to find a way to contact amazon.
Now I have become unable to access my account. All I see is "You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate the store, ask your account administrator to log into Seller Central and follow the steps for reactivation." everywhere.
Please help me. I am tired of trying to contact these people. What should I do?

Thank you for reaching out. You can choose to downgrade your account from a Professional selling plan to anIndividual selling plan, if you don't want to be charged a monthly subscription fee.
- On the Seller Account Information page, in the Your Services section on the left, click Manage.
- Note: If you don't see the option to modify your selling plan, you may need to close other accounts. Please see Accounts that require a Professional selling plan below before moving to the next step.
- On the My Services page, click Downgrade located in the Sell on Amazon section.
- Review the terms on the next page, then click Confirm Selling Plan Change to accept the terms and switch your plan
