Need Advice! Some of my items have suddenly been removed due to “Food and Product Safety Issues”
Hello
I'm reaching out for help because I'm at a loss and I'm hoping that someone has been in a similar situation or that Amazon will take notice.
Some of my battery products were taken off the shelves on May 20th. The reason was a violation of “Food and Product Safety Issues”. After I filed a complaint, Amazon refused to review any of my paperwork, citing that the products were prohibited from being sold on Amazon due to safety concerns, and simply stated that the products were prohibited.
Despite the fact that my product has the appropriate safety compliance certification documentation, Amazon continues to take down my product, and I know others in the community have experienced similar situations. Have any of you resolved similar issues? How did you get Amazon to re-evaluate? Any tips on how to get them to actually look at my evidence and get my products back on the shelves?
Case id:17854215421
Any suggestions, contacts or next steps would be appreciated.
Amazon, if you're reading this, hopefully you can offer solutions as we try to do the right thing here.
Thanks.

I'm facing the same issue. It's been half a month, and Amazon still hasn't provided us with a solution to the problem.

Nothing you can do. Dozens of these have been posted. Mods always reply with the same thing, nothing you can do and they wont accept any paperwork. personally, I suspect it may be due to customer reviews for some or all of these recent take downs.

Good Evening @Seller_hVQApVK4rTexK,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Seller Forums. Apologies that you are going through this experience. It does not appear you are the only one as we have seen multiple sellers on the forums recently reach out about their ASINs recently removed for Product and Food Safety violations.
I have gone ahead and escalated internally to see if there are any additional details I can provide. As soon as I have any additional updates I will reach out to you here. Thank you for your understanding and have a good night.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Morning @Seller_hVQApVK4rTexK , we have heard back from our internal teams regarding your products containing lithium batteries and they have provided the following information:
"We appreciate your patience during our review process for your products.
We’ve re-reviewed the customer reported safety concerns and determined your product(s) may present a safety risk to Amazon customers. As a result of our review, your appeal is denied and this decision is final. We have removed your product(s) from Amazon, and this product(s) cannot be relisted. This affects all current listings and any FBA inventory.
Why is this happening?
Our review process involves analyzing customer complaints and reported safety incidents along with your selling history to make this decision. Following your appeal, we conducted a thorough re-review and were able to re-verify these concerns, leading us to conclude that your product continues to present a safety risk to our customers.
Our commitment to safety
At this point, there is no additional requirement from you to reverse this decision. We will reach out to you if this changes in the future. We understand this decision may be disappointing, and we don't make such determinations lightly. Amazon is committed to ensuring products sold on Amazon are safe for customers. This commitment sometimes means that even products with documentation adhering to safety standards may be subject to removal if customer safety risks are identified through customer reports or other means.
