A-to-Z claim for lost return package
I am dealing with two claims that are both counting against my ODR.
A-to-Z appeal denied because whoever is on the other side thinks that I provided the return label but these were Amazon provided prepaid labels that were lost in transit. How is this a fault of mine. Can someone help me get this A-to-Z hit removed from my ODR.
I understand I need to file a claim for reimbursement but why should this count against my ODR
