Unfair Negative Feedback – Return Label Was Provided (Case ID: 17445192331)
Hi,
Buyer left a negative Feedback saying they had to pay return shipping.
Order: 701-9635397-0263466
Case ID: 17445192331
Return reason was “didn’t like the material” – clearly buyer’s remorse. Per Amazon policy, return shipping is buyer’s responsibility in such cases. Still, we provided a free prepaid UPS label as a courtesy.
Item was returned, full refund issued. We’ve kindly asked the buyer to remove the feedback multiple times, but no luck.
We believe this Feedback violates Amazon’s policy, but appeal keeps getting auto-rejected. Can a mod please review and help out?
