How is the ODR time line of 60 days
I understand that the orders impacting the ODR are based on the rolling 60-day period, and I can clearly see the specific dates within that window (ie. Time Window: 60 days: Nov 16, 2023 - Jan 14, 2024).
However, I have a question regarding how an order is categorized within the 60 days. Is it based on the customer's order placement date, our shipping date, or the estimated delivery date?

Hi @Seller_fqouLKECzRXp5,
Thank you for your post. To answer your question, an orders affecting the metric for your Order Defect Rate will be reflected from the order date. You can find these orders by utilizing the "Download Report" button from the metric page. A spreadsheet will then populate showing the pertinent details such as order date, order ID, and, in the case of ODR, which of the three categories is being affected by the order. It should be noted, this yellow button may be utilized from any of the shipping metric pages.
You may see a banner stating "Your Account is at risk". Within that banner, you may be seeing a yellow "Submit appeal" button. If this button does populate, you will need to take action on the account by following the workflow page you will see after clicking on that button. If no such button is visible within the banner, you will not need to take any action.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
