Promotion - Shipping
Hello,
I wonder in the transaction page, column Total Promotional Rebates is off our pockets right? I can see some promotions is charge from my coupons or deals, which make sense. However I saw one that is Shipping, and I wonder does that come off from our pocket too? Because I can see from the sales proceeds and after the Amazon Fees, the balance into seller account balance is without the Shipping promotion, however from the column it shows Shipping promotion charges, so is kind of confusing.

Thank you for contacting us and your participation on this forum.
On your statement view, Promo rebates indicate refunds of rebate charges for rebate promotions you created.
If you are not running a promotion, then promotional rebates are for items that qualify for Free Shipping on FBA orders. When a buyer selects Free Shipping for their shipping preference, we apply a charge for the shipping and then a credit. This credit is in the form of a rebate, equal to the initial shipping charge.
