We recently shipped inventory to Amazon that has now been labeled as defective or expired without a clear explanation. We understand that items marked as defective often do not come with detailed reasons, but it's difficult for us to identify the cause of these issues, especially since the inventory was accepted by FBA without any initial concerns. We closely manage our inventory for the Canadian marketplace to ensure we maintain fresh, sellable stock month over month. We're confident that the units shipped were new and in good condition. Additionally, all items sent to Amazon had at least one year of shelf life remaining, so we’re certain expiration should not be a factor.
We would sincerely appreciate any clarification or assistance in understanding why this inventory was flagged.
