Seller support no help
i want to close my account permanently but seller support is useless trying to resolve this issue but they just kept sending me automatic email and i am kept getting charged for the account and inventory that I don't even have in the warehouse.

If you are being charged the monthly fee sign into your account and switch Your Service level from Professional to Individual.

As @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE commented, the first step to stop those monthly fees is to downgrade your account from Professional to Individual.

No live support here either unless you switch to Pro account .
I paid 56 USD to ship to Canada and custumer decided NO longer wants product .
Amazon issued buyer refund
