FBA SHIPMENT LOST ( ENTIRE BOX)
Hello everyone and dear amazon agents,
My fba shipment from the USA to CANADA got lost although Fedex says it was delivered to the amazon warehouse. I sent two bound shipments and one of them was acknowledged by amazon while the other entire box was somehow lost, over $2000 worth of products. Not only have I lost sales in the past 2 months of investigation but also I am at a risk of not being compensated for my lost shipment because I keep getting unprofessional robotic answers from seller support saying that they cannot accept my invoices that I got from amazon usa.
I send my products using FEDEX and provide all the relevant documentation like a delivery challan and a packing slip. However, seller support keeps giving me the same answer. I understand people can make mistakes but I am also a bit afraid that I may not get compensated for this.
How do I proceed? Can an amazon specialist contact me please?

Hi @Seller_LHlYgMucXNxLi,
Dominic from Amazon here, want to provide some additional context. I reviewed the case and based on the research by Seller Support the resolution reached is the correct one. The documentation provided does not meet one or more of the requirements for acceptance.
You must provide the following:
Proof of inventory ownership including the date of purchase/packing, product names, and quantity such as
- a signed packing slip if you are the manufacturer with the shipment or purchase order ID
- an invoice from a supplier including the full name and address of the invoice issuer and of the purchaser
Proof of delivery, which, for LTL or FTL shipments, will be the bill of lading showing
- the number of boxes in the shipment
- the total weight when picked up by the carrier
- an Amazon stamp confirming the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center
Does everything you provided to Seller Support meet the above criteria?
Best,
Dominic
