Amazon has cancelled my removal 34 times over 3 years and charged my hundreds in storage and LTS fees for 5 toys they wrongly classified as hazmat...

I created a thread about this issue 3 months ago but the problem is still not resolved and I cannot reply in the old thread so I'm re-creating it:

--------------------------------

As title says, I have 5 toys in FBA warehouses that Amazon decided over 3 years ago that I couldn't sell because they were "Hazmat".

I'm not even fighting this (trying to re-instate the ASIN) as I know dealing with Seller Support for only these 5 units clearly isn't worth it.

The problem is, since then, I have tried nearly 30 times to get them removed but Amazon always cancels them from my removal orders without notice.

I have been charged HUNDREDS in LTS and regular storage fees for these 5 toys since then and tried multiple times to create a case asking why these items were always getting cancelled from my removal orders and what I needed to do... Every time Seller Support responds non-helpful and often non-related answers.

So here I am, a few years later still paying LTS fees...

I desperatly need a mod to look into this please!

CASE ID 14756202031

---------------------------

The last time I created a thread about this a community seller support agent created another case and I was instructed to create a new listing using the same ASIN and SKU and somehow that would enable me to create a removal order that wouldn't get cancelled.

The thing is, I cannot create a new listing for that ASIN - that ASIN is long gone from Amazon's catalog.

I need a mod to get involved once more please.

Hi @Seller_MYY5uBmeYyehr,

Thank you for reaching out about this!

As suggested in your escalated case 14832029531, I would recommend creating a new case using that case ID (14832029531). That way the team can assist you further with the next steps of the listing creation.

Please let me know if you run into any issues with that case!

Thanks again,

Jameson

It's not a great solution but have you tried disposing them instead of removing them?

I have had a very similar issue with Amazon. Have filled 13 claims and every time I get told it will be fixed and my product will show up.

Been charged over a thousand in long term storage fees so it shows up but only in FC mode never for purchase.

It never does.

I'm half surprised you haven't also started incurring low inventory fees. Only kind of kidding.

This is clearly ridiculous. The moment you put in a removal order that Amazon canceled, any LTS fees from there forward need to be refunded.

More than likely they are at a facility that does not allow removal orders. You have to have them transferred to another facility to do so. Gettig that done however is not an easy task.

They wont ship them back, as others posted, do a dispose / destroy

Going to be cheaper then paying 3 years of rent !

Hi @Jameson_Amazon,

I did as instructed and recreated a new case referencing my previous case.

I'm being told to simply create a removal order using a flat feed file. I've litterally did that 34 times already and they always get cancelled.

Please, involve a community seller support member or a specialist.

Regular Seller Support won't be able / know what to do to resolve this.

Thanks!

Hello,

It is painful to say this, but the Amazon platform behaves exactly like scammers. Despite our efforts to comply with all requirements and address any issues, it seems impossible to compete with the products of Amazon employees or their associates. Every time we make new listings, they find reasons to block us and destroy our company.

This experience is disheartening and frustrating.
