Video Verification Failed for No Reason
My account was suspended on September 9th, 2024, and I was asked to complete a video verification. I complied with the request and provided all the required information during the video call. Additionally, I uploaded all the necessary documents, ensuring that everything was accurate and complete. I can confirm that there are no discrepancies in the documents I submitted.
On September 24th, 2024, I went through another video verification. However, I believe I was not fully understood during the process, and the information I provided was not properly considered. I am absolutely certain that this account belongs to me, and I am ready to provide any additional documentation to prove my ownership.
I don’t know what else to do. Despite everything being correct and original, Amazon is unfairly deactivating my account. Does anyone have any ideas?

Exactly same thing happened to me in same time frame. Video verification failed due to some issue at Persona Third Party. I am same person presenting same passport but verification is unsuccessful. Lodge Case after which Account Verification team replied that they have successfully completed process and account will be restored soon, same stance is shared by at least 2-3 Account health specialist but still account not restored. All my inventory went into stranded. But no one is helping I tried every since way.
Not sure what to do next, this place is extremely unpredictable and unfair. Sellers are treated not the right way.
