Account deactivated after switching to Professional account
Yesterday after speaking with Seller Support and following their instructions, I requested an upgrade on my account to Professional, Immediately after I was deactivated. As requested I submitted a bill under my company name, My seller permit and a document with my business information, also submitted my ID and took a picture of myself as requested. As per today my account is still deactivated, why? What is wrong? How long the reactivation process takes? What else do I need to submit? All my documents are on file, my bank information, my business credits card, etc...? Please help!
Thank you!

Hello @Seller_xYbxfZgkB623x,
Thank you for posting on the Seller Forums.
I see that your account was deactivated for seller identity verification requests and you have questions about how long this will take to be completed.
After you have sent in your ID and took a picture of your face it will take from 5-7 business days for the review process to be completed. You will receive a follow-up performance notification once the review is complete. If you have not received any notifications after that 5-7 day time frame, please reach out here in this thread so we can pass your information to the appropriate teams for review.
I hope you find this information helpful. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
