My amazon US marketplace is inactive

Hello, my account is being deactivated, probably for not selling for more than 6 months this is my guess. I recently went through the activation process, and got approved by amazon verification team. But when I go to account overview section my amazon US marketplace is showing Inactive. I double checked the vocation setting it all good. I am tried contacting Amazon, no one is resolving my issue.

Can someone please help, Please note I filled out the application from the performance notifications, and this is where my account was reactivated except that the US marketplace is inactive. the recent case ID is 16337517801 and 16326535661.
