product delivered on time but buyer cancelled the order.. Will I get my product back

Hi,

I am a FBM. I recently had an order. The product was delivered on time (I use buy shipping).

However, the buyer cancelled the order. for unknown reasons.

How can I find out the reason for cancellation? Will I get my product back?

This doesn't make sense. Once you fill the order it can no longer be cancelled. The buyer would need to return the product if they no longer want it for a refund.

I echo what TNValleyProducts states above.

Buyers cannot cancel (beyond a very short window right after they place an order).

So if you receive a cancel request after you have shipped, but before you have entered tracking to confirm, you will have to send the buyer a message letting them know it is too late to cancel and they will need to open a return request when they receive the package.

If you had already entered tracking to confirm, the buyer shouldn't even be able to send the official Cancellation Request.

So this doesn't make a lot of sense unless you just mean you had a message from the buyer asking to cancel (but not the Official Message using the Proper Subject Header).
