FBA Prep Guidance assistance
Hello,
I am having trouble updating my prep guidance for new products on FBA. Most if not all of my products i do "no prep needed" as my preferred option, however i am not given that option for some of my SKU's. These SKU's are listed as "poly bag" for the prep and i am unable to change it. All of my SKU's are shipped in a box for protection. I opened a case for inaccurate prep guidance and submitted all of info including images of the product IN A BOX, which was approved but the prep guidance was changed to "BUBBLE WRAP". Can i still send in a box since my case was approved? Any tips will be useful.
