Why is it mandatory for me to use self-delivery (FBM)?
I have always used the FBA delivery method. I recently created 3 new links, all of which are FBA, but self-delivery orders appeared for no reason. When I asked customer service, she told me that I filled in the quantity myself. I told her clearly. She didn't, because we have always used FBA. Under the guidance of the staff, I first converted to FBM, and the quantity displayed on the inventory page was 0, and then I converted to FBA mode. However, after a while, the homepage of the product still showed that it was available for sale. Even the two links that I had not uploaded a picture were also available for sale. This made me desperate. I really couldn’t imagine that Amazon would actually This low-level problem occurs.
Prior to this, a similar problem had occurred on the Canadian site. Our warehouse had available inventory on Amazon and could be shipped via FBA, but self-fulfillment orders still appeared. I tried many methods, but they all failed in the end. In the end, I could only turn on the vacation mode of the Canadian site.
I was desperate. I felt mental torture. I had tried all the methods the staff told me, but it could not change my bad situation. My business had been damaged. I was very anxious and even had desperate thoughts. I beg, Amazon staff can help me solve this problem, otherwise, my business will be greatly affected, and I may even lose my job!

I am very sorry for the offensive language I used in my communication with the staff. I lost control. I apologized to the staff member. I had a nervous breakdown.

The only thing that can temporarily solve the problem is to turn on the holiday mode, so that the self-delivery link will not appear. However, as long as I exit the holiday mode, the product will automatically become a self-delivery link again. The funny thing is, so far, There are 3 links that have problems, and in two of them, I didn’t even upload the picture.

Hi @Seller_ISgdSlCTr9MMD,
Dominic from Amazon here, I took a look at the case you provided. It seems the team has provided you guidance on how to potentially solve this issue about 12 hours ago. I would refer to the case log try what they provided and if that doesn't work please tag me in this thread.
Best,
Dominic
