I am ungated and allowed to sell the following brand and my distributor/wholesaler is verified and sells authentic goods. like I have evrything under the compliance of Amazon. Does Amazon account for such bullies that are openly harassing me in my messages by attempting to act like customers ?

Just show them your "Letter of Authorization" to sell on Amazon from VALUE CREATION SERVICE CO. LTD and you are good to go.
You understand that this was sarcastic. But it is as fact that new sellers think that "ungated by Amazon" means you are allowed to sell the brand. No, it's not like this. You need a written permission from the brand owner. Otherwise the brand will make an IP complaint on Amazon and Amazon will suspend your account.
Now, this brand kindly informs you BEFORE informing Amazon. So, deliver the documents they are asking for or deactivate your listing and create a removal order for this products and you save your seller account.
Go in seller central, "Seller University" and watch the videos regarding correct sourcing.
