I am not logged in and despite having much lower pricing search result shows other sellers or Amazon FBA
if i log in, it shows we are winning and even on seller dashboard the green check shows ours
clearly IP is tracked to fool seller

In my experience, people pay more to have it delivered ASAP and Amazon prioritizes buy box on this often. Do you expect Amazon would give the buy box to a seller who often takes 4-5 days to ship and it arrives in 2-3 weeks (!) or a seller who will have it to you in 5-7 days, but costs more.
The green checkmark does not mean you have the featured offer, it means your pricing is low enough to be eligible to be featured as the featured offer.

Not really, it's based on location, you would have to change the postal code on the deliver to by. if you log out, Amazon doesn't have your postal code.
As it stands, Amazon shows their offer as prime for the buy box based on my location, as it would be the fastest shipping to me via prime:
Amazon would have it to me Monday, you would have it to me sometime later beginning to mid march. Also your customer feedback rating is horrible, you have the worst rating for all the sellers on that listing.
Buy box is currently working as designed, showing the fastest delivery time as the featured offer.
It is based on the customer's location.

This is Amazon Seller Forums, you are posting your question publicly to a forum of other sellers who try to help you out. A moderator isn't going to be able to help you out with a buy box issue, they can only explain how the buy box works.
Well, sure it's been the same for the last two years, but other sellers are now on the listing and beat your shipping time.....so the buy box is awarded to them.
You need to adapt to your competition. All I see you is someone complaining that they can't have the same thing they had a couple years prior. 2 years is a big time period for changes in eCommerce.
Obviously there weren't other sellers on the listing, including Amazon, within those last 2 years, to beat your shipping time to the customer.
Again, as a customer, as I explained above, Why would I order from you to have it in 2-3 weeks when I can order from another seller and have it delivered in 2-3 days? It's not Amazon making you lose the buy box, it's other sellers who have taken the buy box from you because they offer a better service and you refuse to adapt.
If everyone knows, why don't you follow and understand their policies?
If your business metrics are even better than before, why are you always here opening up threads and complaining about your metrics?

What none of the moderator not replying ? clearly his is internal collusion
The OTDR cannot be a performance metric for seller because it is not a Seller metric but a carrier metric! using that to display and overriding Seller Transit time on display of an item to show customer different then internal order transit time is simply a way to control buy box/feature box, is simply illegal and against competition Act in Canada. Specially your targeting specific ASIN, is this again the same thing to actually related to your Warehouses Closing in Quebec and you guys needed to clear stock and control Buy box,
we checked with Postal code and location, literally it indicates the same
please have fix as this is against the law
