I want to ask help,

A product with sale price 259.99 USD, Amazon lost one of this product, only provide 5.47 USD Reimbursement !!!

we created a lot of case but all Refusal of new Reimbursement with no reason !

It's Amazon's new reimbursement policy, they will now only reimburse the manufacturing cost of the product based on the invoices and supplier information you provide.

If you decline to hand over your supplier information they will decide what your product manufacturing costs are blindly and issue that as reimbursement.

stop opening cases for the same issue....stay with one case, keep reopening the same case until it is resolved.

You will go in circles if you keep opening new cases.
