Hello,

I am facing a situation, I have registered a brand with Amazon and have produced my products under my trademark (USPTO). I created my listing under my registered brand with Amazon and invested in my listing by spending on Marketing. Then a few days back i see another Amazon seller has mapped my listing i.e. added his products to my listing i.e. claiming he is selling my brand however i have not approved any such request.

Its been more than a week that the Seller is selling products under my brand name which is impacting my brand

I have filed violation complaints and exchanged multiple emails with the Amazon Brand Registry and support center however could not get any solution so far.

It seems to be a simple case then i am not sure why not being resolved.

It would be a great help if i could get a solution
