Help Needed: My Amazon Accounts Suspended Without Clear Explanation

I need some urgent advice regarding my Amazon seller account suspension.
Background of My Case:
• I have been selling on Amazon for two years under my personal seller account (Decora T***), and I have never had any policy violations.
• Recently, I registered an LLC (Co*** LLC) in the USA and created a new seller account under the business name Sertu H***.
• My goal was to transition my business from my personal account to my registered LLC for tax and financial compliance.
• I completed the required video verification process on January 6, 2025, providing all necessary documents (ID, business registration, bank details, etc.).
What Happened?
• My Sertu Home account was unexpectedly rejected without explanation despite successful verification.
• Shortly after, my Decora T*** (personal account) was also suspended with a vague claim of “fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.”
• I have active FBA shipments in Amazon warehouses that I can’t access due to this suspension.
• I have never engaged in any fraudulent or deceptive practices and want to clarify any misunderstandings.
Steps I Have Taken So Far:
✅ Submitted an appeal explaining the situation and providing supporting documents.
✅ Requested a clear explanation of the alleged violation and asked for a second video verification or phone call.
✅ Offered to close the Sertu Home account if necessary to retain my original Decora Tips account.
✅ Contacted Amazon Seller Support, but I keep receiving the same generic response:
“Your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and will not be reactivated.”
What I Need Help With:
• Has anyone faced a similar situation where Amazon mistakenly linked accounts and suspended both?
• How can I escalate my appeal to a higher-level review?
• Is there a way to recover my Decora T*** account and access my FBA inventory?
• Would contacting Amazon via phone (or requesting a Turkish-speaking support agent) help in resolving this?
